Scheduled update to The Scarlet Grinner and The Withered

The Scarlett Grinner and the Withered are due another power level update. 

I am not sure when it will happen but hopefully early May. 

In view of the mess it made of the the Withered the last time, it will be new heroes that will replace the existing collection rewards.

Since I already have the Scarlett Grinner at 3*, will it be upgraded accordingly? I collected 4 of them, leveled them up to lvl 100, evolved them into 2*, leveled them up again and then got my 3*. How will this be handled for other players who did the same? Will our Grinner get replaced by a newly upgraded one that underwent the same evolution path? We'd hate to lose out on any stats and resources we poured into this.
