Hi Honorbound!
The new Dragon Mark hero is Raenius the Destroyer. You need 1000 dragon marks to summon him and you'll find him under Research / Summon, all the way to the right.
There are visual glitches:
On ios - If you preview in Research, it looks like it's the old Ballow. If you summon, it still looks like it's Ballow. But if you then restart after you have your hero, you got Raenius the Destroyer.
On Android - If you preview in Research, it looks like it's the old Valorous King. If you summon, it still looks like it's Valorous King. But if you then restart after you have your hero, you got Raenius the Destroyer.

Aaaand... Right now the option doesn't show on Android. Hopefully it will be fixed and soon. Contact Support, https://forum.honorboundgame.com/thread-20.html, to exchange 1000 dragon marks for Raenius if you want him now and don't have access to an iPad.
