Despair of the Deep now debuffs all enemies physical defense by:
Level 1: -12500
Level 2: -15000
Level 3: -17500
Level 4: -20000

Is the effects stacked if I put two hero with same dispair of the deep skill in the team?.. and further more if I put a hero with demoralizing skill what would the effects will be?
