Earth dragonet I level up an results showing I upgraded darkrealm cut throat??? I re try to upgrade dragon an keeps giving errors an restarts game multiple times. This is for my Revenant Snow account. My two Snowcago profiles are fine. Unless I check both again an those accounts end up having same problem I hope not...

It sounds like you picked up more than one threshold hero at the same time and they got tangled up. Please contact Support so they can sort them out for you.

If you have not received the prizes for the guild event, please contact Support. If you are talking about the solo event that finished yesterday, the prizes should be out now.
