Forgoten unit

Hi im wondersing if anyone knows the name of the unit that looks like the revenant threasher but it has a duble edged scyth.

Also if anyone knows what im talking about is that unit ever going to retourn?

I started playng again mostly cause of the childhood memory of seeing it and thinking it was the coolest thing ever so i would love to get it.
