Where can I find a complete list of all heroes (rarity + availability)?

Is there a forum or any resource where I can find a complete list of heroes, including their names, rarity, and which ones are still obtainable?

No, I’m afraid not. Anything that came out since 2018 are listed here on the forum but not with any kind of overview. In general, there are only few options for obtaining a hero. The event if it’s a prize, maybe a rerun event, maybe Phasmer’s Takeover but after some time, you won’t see it again. Since the power level keeps creeping up slowly, they become obsolete. There is the Rampage mythic, The Withered, and the friendship mythic, The Scarlet Grinner, and the heroes you can pull from PvP runes if you get one from a gold box in the arena.

There is some gap between the time when the wiki stopped, around 2016 I think, and the forum changed platform in 2018 and not all the old posts were moved. The heroes that were released as prizes and in special packs during that time are not listed anywhere.

It means their info became something like lost media. Kinda sad.

Since all art was created by JuiceBox in 2014 and is reused, it mostly means that different names and different abilities were lost. The look of the heroes circles back eventually.

I think the most of arts is available(many of them are archived in forum/wiki), the lost ones is origin/reused names or abilities.

I have one last question. Is 3-star mythics are all reused disign? Or there are original 3 star?

All art was created around 2013-14, so reused. The class is the same and usually the affinity. The rarity has often changed. There used to be common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, then the first legendaries were only 3* and there wasn't even mythics in the game at first and when they came, it was as 2*.
