As a developer who uses AI a lot in my daily work, one thing I would do is use it to map and understand the legacy codebase, then ask it to suggest refactoring opportunities and new features that could be implemented on a low budget. It could be a great way to find low-hanging fruit and keep improving HonorBound without requiring huge investments.
