The top commander, Emerald Defender, was announced as having Mana Burst 5 as the third ability. It did not. It has not been possible to fix the version of the Emerald Defender that was given to top 25 of season 9.5 but there is a revised version of the Emerald Defender now. If you were in top 25 for this event, you can contact Support if you want to have your commander replaced with one with Mana Burst 5 as the third ability instead of Mana Burst 3.
